PM session short and sweet.

For time:

50 weighted situps (25lb)
50 pushpress (45lb)
50 kettlebell swings (53)
50 jumping pullups
400m walk/run (100lb sandbag)

  1. This looks like a good one, although I never did a 400 meter run/walk with a 100# sandbag! Not even sure I can do it.
